Saint Gemma relic cross fundraiser.
For those interested I am offering St Gemma relic crosses that I received from the Monastery/Sanctuary of Saint Gemma in Lucca for a donation of $25. The relic on the back is "Ex-Indumentis". Approximate size is 2" x 1.25". The crosses are quite sturdy and thick and are made of solid medal.
The donations for this fundraiser will be sent to the Monastery/Sanctuary of St Gemma in Lucca, Italy.
I will ship the relic cross as soon as the donation is received, and I will include a free Saint Gemma holy card with each donation. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. My email address is: emailto:gdallaire1@gmail.com
To order, click here to go to the St Gemma Gift Store.
Or, those in the U.S.A. who prefer to use the mail may send American cash, personal check or money order, well hidden in an envelope to:

What does ex indumentis mean?
Hi lamkstager,
"ex-indumentis" is a piece of the saints clothing.
May God bless you!

Is it truly ex indumentis?? Or just a regular piece of cloth touched to a relic? I have longed for any small relic of St. Gemma and just happening to check this site as usual and seeing the offer, I donated immediately. My seemingly divine good fortune made me jump first and ask later :) I'm trusting since it is from her sanctuary and through your site it must be real and not like many others that are not truly ex indumentis but actually 3rd class and falsely labeled. I am so excited and can't believe my Lord is blessing me with a small something of my special Saintly friend. Thank you for offering this and I pray my small donation plants a heavenly seed :))
Peace be with you! -Jade
Hi Jade,
Thank you for your donation for the St Gemma Galgani relic cross, the proceeds of which go to benefit the Passionist nuns at St Gemma's monastery in Lucca, Italy. I will mail out your relic cross on Monday morning and I will include also a couple of free St Gemma photo holy prayer cards as an added "thank you" gift.
To answer your question, these relic crosses come from the monastery through a donation which I make to them. The relic crosses (and also the lockets and medals) contain an ex-indumentis relic (piece of Gemma's clothing), and the relic holy cards that they send to those who request them contain a piece of Gemma's original casket, and finally the relic pouches contain (I am told) pieces of flowers and candle wax that were on/next to her casket/urn.
May God bless you and your loved ones.
St Gemma, pray for us!

Awesome! Thank you, sir :))
Dear Glenn,
I have been on your site a few times and am so grateful for the work and devotion you put into this work God has chosen for you.
I just made a donation to your site and purchased a beautiful St. Gemma relic cross and similar to Jade, I am sitting in awe at the idea that this is not a 3rd class relic but a piece of her clothing? Is this true? I am taken aback!
For whatever reason, I was prompted to write and express to you the joy that such a gift could bring, for all involved (the nuns in lucca, deeper devotion to this beautiful saint and all in between).
I am taken aback with the possibility of this? Could you please once again let me know if it is a true piece of her clothing or a piece of cloth touched to her relics?
Thank you for your time and for this site.
God bless you!
In Christ
Alyssa
Hello Glenn,
Just wondering if they have they all sold?
Thank You
- Gemma Louise
and another question Glenn, Will you post to Australia?
Gemma is my patron because we have the same name, she is so inspirational to me.
Hi Gemma Louise,
Yes, I postal mail to anywhere in the world. And yes, I have plenty of the relic crosses left so feel free to order one if you would like.
Thanks and may God bless you and your loved ones,
Glenn Dallaire
Hi Alyssa,
In regards to the relics attached to the St Gemma relic cross and also the relic medals offered on this website, I have been told in writing by the Passionist nuns at the Monastery of Saint Gemma in Lucca, Italy (this is where I receive the relic crosses and medallions from) that the relics are fragments of Gemma's clothing and linens used by the Saint.
In fact, I have photographs posted here of the Monastery's little museum of St Gemma that is attached to their little gift shop at the Monastery that shows that there is no shortage of Gemma's linen's that where worn or used by Gemma.
In addition, the relic pouches that I offer--which also come from the Monastery--contain fragments of St Gemma's original casket (along with pieces of blessed wax and blessed palms).
Best wishes and may God bless you and your loved ones,
Glenn Dallaire
